RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY
- All the products (Excluding customized products) will have a 14 days return policy .
- All the products (Excluding customized products) will have a 6 months warranty policy .
- Every package that is re-shipped will be charged ‘delivery fees and processing fees’ separately.
- Every product is handmade with proper care so sometimes it might take days/weeks to complete and deliver the package.
- On cancellation of any order, labor cost and/or re-stocking charges will be applied. So, kindly place an order after carefully considering it.
- In case, the customer is not available to receive the package (requires signature) or not able to collect the package from the shipping company’s local station then the package will be returned back to us. We are not responsible if the customer is not available to receive the product on the given delivery period.
- Our products are made with high quality and standard. Thus, we do not accept any responsibility on any damage occurred to the product after it is delivered.
- The order placed will be processed within 24-48 hours excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
- The orders shipped to international cross-borders will have shipping cost that would vary from each destination.
- Approximately 10-15 days processing time is taken for all personal and business checks.
- The domestic orders paid by Debit card/ Credit card through PAYPAL will be shipped to a PAYPAL confirmed/verified address.
- International customers are requested to kindly contact us for exact shipping cost and estimated date of delivery.
- NO EXCHANGE and NO REFUND for : Grillz and Customized products.
- Prior to initiate the manufacturing process we ensure that dental molds are done accurately. We can adjust the fitting slightly by the adjustment instructions given. However, we will re-do/ adjust/ re-fit the grillz using new mold if the original mold has some issues.
- The products in stock can be returned for full credit (excluding shipping) or refund (subject to 20% restocking fee).
- The responsibility for customs duties in their respective countries lies with the customers when it comes to international shipping.
- The customers below the age of 18 years will require prior permission from their parents/guardians for ordering grillz/dental caps.
- All the customers are requested to kindly consult their dentist before placing an order for grillz/dental caps. It is recommended that the customers consult their dentist with regards to the condition of their teeth before placing an order for dental caps.
- The dental cap is required to be cleaned after every use of caps.
- The gold caps may change its color or tarnish due to body acidity/temperature(if less than 18k) when exposed to smoking and drinking.
- Cancellation of deposits towards custom order design and consultation will incure either $200(design fee – if it is completed) OR @10% of cancellation fee (if cancelled before a design was done).
- The products in stock can be returned for full credit (excluding shipping) or refund (subject to 15% restocking fee).
- The Promotional prices and discounts offered during the promotional period is valid only for the given time. The prices may be changed at anytime before giving any notice.
- NO EXCHANGE and NO REFUND for : Grillz and Customized products.
- Payments made in Bitcoin or any other form of digital currency are NOT eligible for refunds.
